본 개인정보처리방침은 MT 모듈 트레이딩 - 자동매매 에이전트 (이하 "서비스")가 사용자의 정보를 어떻게 수집, 사용, 보호하는지 설명합니다. 본 서비스는 증권사 오픈 API와의 보안 전송 방침을 준수합니다. This Privacy Policy explains how MT Module Trading - Automated Trading Agent (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") collects, uses, and protects users' information. This Service complies with the security protocols of broker open APIs.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 및 데이터 범위 (Scope of Data Collected)

서비스는 사용자가 주식 자동매매 및 모듈 관리를 이용하기 위해 등록할 때 다음 정보를 수집 및 처리합니다: The Service collects and processes the following information registered by users for automated trading and module management:

증권사 OpenAPI 인증 데이터 (App Key, App Secret, 계좌번호) / Broker OpenAPI Credentials: • (KO) 사용자를 대행하여 KIS OpenAPI 서버로 주문 전송 및 잔고 정보 조회를 요청하기 위한 필수 데이터 • (EN) Required credentials to transmit orders and retrieve balance information from the KIS OpenAPI servers on the user's behalf.
이메일 주소 및 연락처 / Email & Contact Information: • (KO) 거래 체결 알림 발송 및 주요 시스템 상태 경고 이메일 수신 목적 • (EN) Purpose of sending trade execution alerts and system warnings.
거래 로그 및 매매 설정 상태 / Trading Logs & Configurations: • (KO) 체결 결과, 목표 매매 가격, 모듈 진입 이력, 일별 거래 통계 데이터의 로컬 저장 • (EN) Local storage of trade execution records, target order prices, module logs, and daily transaction statistics.

2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적 (Purposes of Collection and Use)

수집된 정보는 다음의 목적을 위해서만 이용됩니다: The collected information is used solely for the following purposes:

(KO) 증권사 OpenAPI를 활용해 미국 해외 주식의 자동 매입 및 익절/손절 매도 실행 (EN) Executing automated buys and take-profit/stop-loss sells for overseas stocks using broker OpenAPIs.
(KO) 실시간 주문 상태 대조 및 데이터베이스에 체결 기록 저장 (EN) Performing real-time order reconciliation and saving execution logs in the database.
(KO) 비정상 상태(한도 도달, 예수금 부족 등) 감지 시 긴급 알림 이메일 전송 (EN) Dispatching critical alert emails in case of limits exceeded or insufficient funds.

3. 데이터 보호 메커니즘 (Data Protection Mechanisms)

본 서비스는 사용자의 데이터를 안전하게 보호하기 위해 다음과 같은 보안 기술 조치를 적용하고 있습니다: The Service applies the following technical security measures to safeguard user data:

비밀번호 및 데이터 암호화 / Encryption of Sensitive Data: • (KO) 사용자 비밀번호와 증권사 API 키 데이터는 안전하게 보관되며 외부 무단 접근을 전면 제어합니다. • (EN) User passwords and API keys are stored securely and strictly protected against unauthorized external access.
전송구간 암호화 (SSL/TLS) / Encryption in Transit: • (KO) 대시보드 접속 및 증권사 서버와의 API 요청은 TLS 암호화 프로토콜을 통하여 보안 전송됩니다. • (EN) Dashboard access and API communication with broker servers are securely transmitted using TLS encryption protocols.
토큰 세션 만료 정책 / Token Expiry Controls: • (KO) 세션 세팅 토큰은 브라우저 쿠키 및 메모리 상에서 암호화 관리되며 타 기기 중복 로그인 시 기존 접속 세션은 즉시 강제 로그아웃 조치됩니다. • (EN) Session cookies are managed securely on the browser, and concurrent logins from other devices trigger an immediate logout of previous sessions.

4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 위탁 (Third-Party Sharing & Delegation)

(KO) 서비스는 사용자의 동의 없이 수집한 정보를 제3자에게 임의로 제공하지 않습니다. 단, 자동매매 주문 전송을 위한 증권사(한국투자증권)로의 전송 및 이메일 전송을 위한 위탁사 발송 처리는 서비스 수행을 위해 필수로 동반됩니다. (EN) The Service does not share user information with third parties without consent, except for transmitting orders to the broker (Korea Investment & Securities) and utilizing email relays to dispatch transaction notifications.
