환불 및 취소 정책 (Refund & Cancellation Policy)

본 환불 및 취소 정책은 MT 모듈 트레이딩 (이하 "서비스")의 구독 결제 취소 및 환불 기준을 정의합니다. This Refund and Cancellation Policy defines the subscription cancellation and refund standards of MT Module Trading (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

1. 목적 (Purpose)

본 정책은 이용자(이하 "회원")가 서비스를 위해 지불한 유료 요금의 환불 절차와 자동 갱신 해지 권리를 합리적으로 규정하여 신뢰할 수 있는 이용 환경을 조성하는 데 있습니다. This Policy aims to create a reliable user environment by reasonably prescribing the refund procedures and auto-renewal cancellation rights for paid fees paid by users (hereinafter "Members").

2. 요금제 및 결제 (Subscription Plans & Billing)

서비스는 다음과 같은 구독 플랜을 제공하며 등록한 결제 수단으로 자동 청구됩니다: The Service offers the following subscription plans, billed automatically to your registered payment method:

(KO) 연간 구독은 일시불 결제 시 즉시 할인 혜택이 적용되며, 1년 단위로 자동 갱신됩니다. (EN) Annual subscriptions provide instant discounts on lump-sum payments and auto-renew every 12 months.

3. 청약철회 및 환불 기준 (Cancellation & Refund Criteria)

① 7일 이내 청약 철회 (7-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

회원은 전자상거래법에 의거하여 결제일 또는 서비스 이용 가능일로부터 7일 이내에 아무런 패널티 없이 청약 철회를 신청할 수 있습니다. Under E-commerce protection acts, members may apply for subscription cancellation within 7 days of purchase without any penalties.

단, 아래의 경우에는 청약 철회가 전면 제한됩니다: However, cancellation is not allowed in the following cases:

(KO) 회원이 이미 서비스를 실제 연동하여 자동 거래 주문(API 호출 등)이 1회 이상 집행된 경우 (EN) If the automated trading service has been connected and at least one API-based trading order has been executed.
(KO) 프로 플랜 전용 프리미엄 데이터 및 정보를 이미 조회하거나 다운로드한 이력이 있는 경우 (EN) If the premium data or content exclusive to the Pro plan has already been viewed or downloaded.

② 7일 초과 및 중도 해지 (Mid-Term Termination after 7 Days)

결제일로부터 7일이 초과된 유료 월간 구독 건에 대해서는 원칙적으로 중도 환불이 불가능합니다. 단, 다음과 같은 예외적인 사유에 한하여 일할 환불을 검토할 수 있습니다: In principle, monthly plans cannot be refunded after 7 days of the billing date. Pro-rated refunds are evaluated only under the following exceptions:

(KO) 서비스 시스템 오류 또는 네트워크 불능으로 인하여 연속 24시간 이상 전체 거래 기능이 정지된 경우 (EN) If the entire service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to system outages or network failures.
(KO) 연간 구독 중도 해지 시: 사용 기간은 월간 정가(할인 제외 요금)로 정산하여 차감한 후 남은 잔여분을 환불합니다. (EN) Mid-term termination of annual subscriptions: The used months will be recalculated at the regular monthly price (without discount), and the remaining balance will be refunded.

4. 자동 갱신 취소 (Subscription Cancellation / Auto-Renewal Turn-Off)

(KO) 회원은 다음 결제 갱신일 최소 24시간 전에 자동 갱신 취소를 신청해야 합니다. 취소 신청 후에도 남은 구독 일수 동안은 프로 혜택이 유지됩니다. (EN) Members must turn off the auto-renewal at least 24 hours prior to the next renewal date. Premium services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
(KO) 갱신 시점을 넘겨 뒤늦게 요청된 결제 건에 대해서는 소급 환불이 적용되지 않습니다. (EN) Retroactive refunds will not be applied to subscriptions that have already renewed due to late cancellation requests.

5. 환불 불가 사유 (Non-Refundable Circumstances)

다음 조건의 경우 서비스 환불 처리가 전면 배제됩니다: Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

(KO) 서비스 이용 약관(API 남용, 악의적인 해킹 시도 등)을 위반하여 영구 차단된 계정 (EN) Accounts banned permanently for violating Service Terms of Use (e.g., API abuse, hacking attempts).
(KO) 프로모션 코드, 무료 이벤트, 쿠폰 등을 통해 무상 지급받은 무료 서비스 사용분 (EN) Days credited via marketing promotions, free event vouchers, or trial codes.
(KO) 미국 해외 주식 시장의 갑작스러운 변동성, 천재지변, 일시적 시세 지연 등 외적인 투자 결과적 손실 (EN) Foreign investment losses caused by market volatility, force majeure, or transient market feed delays.

6. 환불 신청 및 처리 프로세스 (Refund Application & Processing Flow)

고객센터 접수 / Contact Support: • (KO) 이메일 huntak@mail.aiasaas.com 또는 대시보드 내 1:1 고객 채널을 통해 가입 계정 정보와 결제 증빙, 사유를 제출합니다. • (EN) Submit your registered account email, proof of billing, and reason for refund via email to huntak@mail.aiasaas.com or the 1:1 support panel.
심사 및 환불 완료 / Review & Payout: • (KO) 시스템 로그와 데이터 조회를 통해 환불 대상 여부를 확인한 후 영업일 기준 5일 내 심사 결과를 통보합니다. 환불 승인 시 결제 대행사를 거쳐 3~10 영업일 이내에 원결제 수단으로 환불됩니다. • (EN) The review is finalized within 5 business days using usage logs. Once approved, the funds are reversed via payment gateways within 3 to 10 business days.
