서비스 이용약관 (Terms of Service)

1. 목적 (Purpose)

(KO) 본 약관은 MT 모듈 트레이딩 - 자동매매 에이전트 (이하 "서비스")가 제공하는 증권사 OpenAPI 연동 주식 자동매매 및 모듈형 트레이딩 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 사용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항, 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다. (EN) The purpose of these Terms of Service is to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the company and the user regarding the use of the stock automated trading and modular trading services integrated with broker OpenAPIs provided by MT Module Trading - Automated Trading Agent (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

(KO) 서비스는 사용자가 등록한 증권사(한국투자증권 등)의 OpenAPI Key 정보를 기반으로, 사용자가 설정한 모듈식 그리드 투자 알고리즘에 따라 주식(TQQQ, SQQQ 등)의 매수 및 매도 주문을 대행하는 기능을 수행합니다. 본 서비스는 투자 자문을 제공하지 않으며, 최종 거래 결정 및 세부 설정의 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다. (EN) The Service executes buy and sell orders for stocks (TQQQ, SQQQ, etc.) according to the modular grid investment algorithm set by the user, based on the broker OpenAPI credentials registered by the user. This Service does not provide investment advice, and the user bears full responsibility for final trading decisions and settings.

(KO) 사용자는 자신의 증권사 API Key 및 보안 토큰이 타인에게 유출되지 않도록 철저히 관리하여야 합니다. (EN) Users must manage their broker API keys and security tokens securely to prevent unauthorized exposure.
(KO) 자동 매매 알고리즘 및 그리드 가격 격차(Gap) 설정에 따른 거래 결과와 그로 인해 발생하는 모든 투자 손실은 전적으로 사용자 본인에게 귀속됩니다. 서비스 제공자는 투자 손실에 대하여 어떠한 보상이나 법적 책임을 지지 않습니다. (EN) All trading outcomes and financial losses resulting from the automated trading algorithm and grid gap settings belong entirely to the user. The Service provider shall not be liable or hold any legal responsibility for any investment losses.
(KO) 증권사 서버의 장애, API 점검, 시세 지연, 네트워크 단절 및 천재지변 등으로 인해 주문 전송이 실패하거나 지연되어 발생한 손해에 대하여 책임지지 않습니다. (EN) The Service provider shall not be held liable for any damages caused by failures or delays in order transmission due to broker server issues, API maintenance, price delays, network disruptions, or acts of God.

(KO) 본 서비스는 구독형 과금 체계를 적용할 수 있으며, 사용기간 연장은 관리자 권한을 통해 처리됩니다. 거래 중 발생한 증권사 수수료 및 거래세는 사용자가 부담합니다. (EN) The Service may apply a subscription-based pricing system, and subscription extensions are processed via administrator approval. Brokerage fees and transaction taxes incurred during trading shall be borne by the user.

(KO) 본 약관의 해석 및 서비스 이용과 관련하여 발생한 분쟁은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 서울동부지방법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다. (EN) The interpretation of these Terms and any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Eastern District Court shall be the court of competent jurisdiction.
